Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-6 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or standard mail with tracking and drop-off without signature. They are sent via DHL or standard post with a tracking number and delivered with signature. The tracking link can be found here
The delivery time is 12 to 45 days in eco mode offered, a faster shipping is also proposed.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the number of items. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects. Returns are not at our expense and all returns must be accompanied by a number provided by us (contact customer service from your customer account). Packages take between 4 and 15 days to arrive directly at your home, in no case we will call you for additional costs.

The shipping bags are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected in a plastic pouch.
